1. Scope of Application

These terms govern the use of ExecFlarePro.com and all related services provided by ExecFlarePro (Business ID: CHE-817.403.269), particularly executive training and leadership development.

2. Contract Initiation

An agreement becomes effective when the client formally accepts an ExecFlarePro offer in writing or completes an online service booking.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

All fees are listed in CHF plus VAT. Payment is required within 10 days of invoicing. Late payments may incur a 5% annual interest and administrative fees.

4. Services & Disclaimer

Our coaching and advisory services are delivered to the highest standards. Liability for actual business outcomes is disclaimed. All guidance is non-binding.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our programs, refunds are not available after agreement confirmation.

• Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the session are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% processing fee applies.
• Services already delivered are non-refundable.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by ExecFlarePro. Use is prohibited without explicit, written permission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Exclusively Swiss law applies. All disputes will be settled in Basel, Switzerland.
